Accreditation is awarded to organisations after completing the Trust Index Survey and Culture Audit, which evaluate employee engagement, trust, wellbeing, HR, and management practices. These assessments provide valuable insights into the current state of workplace culture. Organisations that achieve an overall score of 65% or higher earn the Great Place to Work accreditation. This achievement shows our strong commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive workplace where our employees can thrive.
