Flixmedia joins The Sunday Times Best Places to Work for the second year running

We are thrilled to announce that Flixmedia has once again been recognised by The Sunday Times as one of the Best Places to Work in 2024, in the medium organisations category. This achievement reflects Flixmedia's steadfast commitment to employee satisfaction, well-being, and inclusivity, as assessed through workplace culture, leadership, employee engagement, and well-being evaluations. You will find numerous other prestigious organisations alongside Flixmedia in the list.

Flixmedia’s employees were asked to complete a comprehensive survey to share their experiences within the organisation. The survey certification is assessed using six steps that measure workplace engagement. Flixmedia was awarded with an 'Excellent!' in the areas for reward and recognition, empowerment, wellbeing and jobs satisfaction.

This marks the second consecutive year that Flixmedia has been included in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work list, showcasing the company's ongoing dedication to prioritising employee well-being.
